A commercial 275g/m² double galvanized steel coating increases life and durability. 450g/m² and 600g/m² coating options are available for customized orders. Each sidewall sheet is made from high-tensile steel with the ability to withstand extreme power and pressure.

Grain Storage Silo Roof
The roof is designed to withstand even the harshest extreme snow disaster environments. It features an echo of the top and down parts, a strong structure, and connecting radial ribs that are interconnected in a Z shape. People can check the material situation through the manhole, which is very convenient.

Grain Silo Stiffeners
Adopting high-tension stiffener profiles (which can be located inside or outside the silo) makes the silo bins stronger, allowing them to stand well even under extreme hurricane conditions. Base stiffener boots are coated to prevent rust over time.

For tall silos or those that need to resist heavy wind, the wind ring and brackets reduce bolt holes in stiffeners. Swaged technology ensures silo power load capacity.
