Working Principle

The Manxing Batch Grain Dryer operates using a closed-loop recirculating drying process. Every grain kernel repeatedly passes through the same drying and tempering zones until the preset moisture content is achieved, ensuring highly uniform drying quality.

Step 1 – Grain Loading

A complete batch of harvested grain is loaded into the drying tower through the bucket elevator, preparing the system for one independent drying cycle.

Step 2 – Heated Air Drying

Clean heated air generated by the hot-air furnace passes evenly through the mixed-flow drying chamber, efficiently removing surface moisture from the grain.

Step 3 – Grain Recirculation

An internal bucket elevator continuously lifts and redistributes the grain, allowing every kernel to repeatedly pass through identical drying conditions for superior moisture consistency.

Step 4 – Tempering
