Batch Type Grain Dryer Tower
Product Introduction
The Manxing Batch Type Grain Dryer is a high-performance recirculating grain drying system designed for producers who prioritize grain quality, moisture consistency, and operational flexibility over maximum throughput. Unlike continuous-flow grain dryers that focus on processing large volumes of grain around the clock, the batch dryer processes one complete batch at a time, ensuring every kernel receives identical drying conditions throughout the entire drying cycle.
By combining low-temperature drying, continuous grain recirculation, intelligent moisture control, and automatic operation, the Manxing Batch Grain Dryer minimizes grain stress, reduces cracking, preserves germination rates, and delivers exceptionally uniform final moisture content.
It is the preferred drying solution for farms, agricultural cooperatives, seed processing facilities, rice mills, specialty grain producers, and medium-scale grain storage projects where grain quality is the highest priority.

Why Choose a Batch Grain Dryer?

Different grain handling operations have different drying requirements.
For large commercial grain terminals processing thousands of tons per day, continuous-flow dryers maximize throughput and production efficiency. However, when grain quality, moisture accuracy, or frequent crop changes are more important than production volume, a batch grain dryer offers significant advantages.
Because every batch remains inside the drying chamber until the target moisture content is achieved, all grain kernels experience the same drying temperature, airflow, and retention time. This produces highly uniform moisture distribution while minimizing both over-drying and under-drying.
The independent batch process also allows different grain varieties to be dried separately without cross-contamination, making the system especially suitable for seed grain, specialty crops, and premium agricultural products.
Key Benefits
Excellent moisture uniformity
Higher grain quality
Lower grain breakage
Ideal for seed grain drying
No cross-contamination between crops
Flexible batch operation
Accurate moisture control
Superior drying consistency

Working Principle
The Manxing Batch Grain Dryer operates using a closed-loop recirculating drying process. Every grain kernel repeatedly passes through the same drying and tempering zones until the preset moisture content is achieved, ensuring highly uniform drying quality.
Step 1 – Grain Loading
A complete batch of harvested grain is loaded into the drying tower through the bucket elevator, preparing the system for one independent drying cycle.
Step 2 – Heated Air Drying
Clean heated air generated by the hot-air furnace passes evenly through the mixed-flow drying chamber, efficiently removing surface moisture from the grain.
Step 3 – Grain Recirculation
An internal bucket elevator continuously lifts and redistributes the grain, allowing every kernel to repeatedly pass through identical drying conditions for superior moisture consistency.
Step 4 – Tempering
During the tempering stage, internal moisture naturally migrates toward the grain surface, reducing internal stress while improving moisture uniformity.
Step 5 – Cooling
Ambient air gradually cools the grain to a safe storage temperature, preventing condensation and ensuring long-term storage stability.
Step 6 – Automatic Discharge
After reaching the preset moisture content, the entire batch is discharged automatically and the dryer is immediately ready for the next drying cycle.
Product Advantages
Superior Moisture Uniformity
Continuous grain recirculation ensures every kernel spends the same amount of time inside the drying chamber, producing exceptionally consistent final moisture content.
