The customer operates a medium-sized feed mill that produces poultry and livestock feed for regional farms.
Before the project, the customer relied on temporary grain warehouses, which resulted in inconsistent raw material supply and grain quality issues during the rainy season.
The company decided to install a modern silo storage system to stabilize raw material supply for its production lines.
Project Configuration
Manxing designed a storage solution consisting of:
Capacity per silo: 500 tons
Total storage capacity: 2000 tons
The system also included:
Bucket elevators
Chain conveyors
Grain cleaning equipment
Aeration and temperature monitoring systems
The hopper silo design allowed the mill to store multiple grain varieties such as corn and soybean meal separately.
