Silo Roof
The roof beams are made of C-shaped steel, with the upper ends fixed to the top ring of the silo and the lower ends connected to the pillars. Angle steel provides horizontal bracing, creating a strong and stable roof framework.
Silo Body
The silo wall is constructed from 275 g/m² galvanized steel sheets. Its thickness gradually increases from top to bottom, ensuring strength and stability under varying load conditions.
Access Ladder & Door
Manxing high-strength galvanized ladders are designed with roll-formed sides and stamped rungs to prevent rung rotation, making climbing safer and easier. The second-ring access doors allow quick and convenient entry to the inside of the silo.

Durable galvanized steel silos equipped with aeration and monitoring systems create ideal storage conditions
Integrated conveying equipment provides continuous and efficient grain movement throughout the facility
Many buyers are looking for reliable grain storage bins that simply protect the crop from weather and pests — without the complexity or cost of intelligent controls. Our basic solutions focus on the essentials: a well-designed grain storage unit, proper ventilation, and durable construction. This approach is common for farms that already manage their own aeration, or for cooperatives that need multiple silo bins across different collection points.
Our basic bins and silos serve a wide range of users: smallholder farmers storing a single season's harvest, feed mills needing buffer stock, and grain traders setting up a regional storage site. For temporary needs, covered ground piles can work, but most clients eventually upgrade to permanent silo storage once volumes grow. A basic system's budget breaks down into the steel structure, foundation concrete, and assembly labor — we provide a transparent itemized quote so you can benchmark against your budget.
If you are working with a tight timeline, our team can advise on in-stock models and typical lead times at each capacity tier. For those evaluating a permanent setup, we explain foundation and site preparation requirements upfront — total project budget depends as much on ground conditions as on steel.

Basic Grain Storage Challenges We Solve
Reliable storage does not have to be complicated or expensive. These are the four problems our basic silo systems are built to solve.
Tight Budget, Real Protection
You need weather- and pest-proof storage, not an expensive automated complex. Over-specified systems burn budget you could spend on more capacity instead.
Moisture & Pests Ruin Simple Storage
Bag stacks and old sheds invite weevils, rodents and rain. Losses above 10% in a single season are common — and they repeat every year.
No Complexity to Maintain
Intelligent systems need sensors, software and trained staff you may not have. When the system confuses your team, it gets switched off.
Need Storage Fast, With Room to Grow
Harvest doesn't wait for long construction projects. And next year's volume may be double this year's.
Pick the Right Storage Size for Your Operation
No over-engineering. Choose the tier that fits your crop volume — and expand later when you are ready.

Reliable grain storage without over-engineering — factory-direct quality at a lean price.
You Pay for Steel, Not Software
No sensors, no PLC, no IT team needed. A basic silo gives you galvanized steel, sealing and manual ventilation — the essentials that protect your grain without features you did not ask for.
Factory-Direct Pricing
No traders, no markups. You buy from the manufacturer — your budget goes into the steel and engineering, not middlemen. Every quote is itemized so you know exactly what you are paying for.
Grows With Your Volume
Modular bolted silos install fast and expand later. Start with one unit, add more when your harvest grows — same foundation plan, no wasted steel.
Install With Your Local Crew
We ship detailed drawings and an installation guide — your local team bolts it together. Or we send an engineer on site to supervise. No turnkey contract required if you have skilled hands.
From Small Setup to Full Farm — Real Projects
Each installation started with the essentials and scaled as volume grew.
