Ventilation system

It can effectively eliminate the accumulated heat caused by respiration and post ripening process during the initial storage of grain, and prevent mold and condensation caused by high local temperature and humidity.

Cleaning

Initial Cleaning System

Fully enclosed frame, good sealing and dustproof performanceSmall power, high output, stable and reliable operation, convenient screenreplacement and maintenance, it can be equipped with dust removal equipmentto remove dust.

Inner Wall

Monitoring system

Real time monitoring of large screens, historical data curves, automatic warning models (automatically predicting mold and condensation risks), and remote one click start of ventilation, nitrogen filling, cooling and other operations.

Inner Wall

Dedusting system

During the circulation and cleaning of grain, a large amount of dust will appear, which is not conducive to the quality of grain, further processing, and environmental hygiene. Equipping a dust removal system can effectively suppress dust.

Inner Wall

TDTG Series Bucket Elevators

The core function of the hoist equipped in the grain silo is to achieve efficient, continuous, and enclosed automated transportation of grain from the ground to the top of the silo. It greatly improves the efficiency of inbound and outbound operations.

Inner Wall

TGSS Series Scraper Conveyor

Realize efficient, continuous, and enclosed automated transportation of grain. It operates in a fully enclosed manner in a horizontal or inclined direction through belts, scrapers, or spirals, effectively preventing scattering, dust, and external pollution.

Complete Process Flow

These machines work in synergy, ensuring efficient and stable operation at every step, from raw material preparation, mixing, and granulation to final packaging. Our design focuses on optimizing processes, reducing energy consumption, and improving efficiency while minimizing maintenance needs.

Complete Process Flow
01
A modern grain storage facility is only as good as its data. Temperature cables running through the grain mass feed readings to a central controller — if any hot spot develops, the silo grain storage systems trigger aeration fans automatically. The grain bin monitoring systems cost has come down significantly in recent years, making real-time monitoring viable even for mid-size& large-size installations.
02
Beyond grain silo storage itself, an intelligent setup connects the grain handling facility to the silos. The grain storage elevator, silo conveyors, silo cleaners, and grain silo dryers all feed into one coordinated grain storage system. When a truck dumps at the intake pit, the grain handling and storage logic determines whether the grain goes to a wet holding bin, a dryer, or directly into a storage silo — based on moisture readings taken at the pit.
03
For high-value products, we offer food grain silos with polished interior welds and food-grade coatings, plus industrial thermal insulation grain silo designs for regions with extreme temperature swings. Bulk grain storage silo can also be integrated where long-term preservation is required.
04
This is part of the broader shift toward modern grain storage: instead of reacting to spoilage after it happens, operators prevent it. Our silo system designs include the sensor array, the control panel, and remote access, so you can check conditions from a phone.

Application scenario

Agricultural silos are widely used for grain storage, such as wheat, corn, soybeans, rice, millet, barley, malt, sunflower seeds, rapeseed, peanut flour, oats, special grains and seeds, and other agricultural products.

Smart Grain Storage Challenges We Solve

Stored grain is a living asset. Without data, you are managing thousands of tons blind. These are the four gaps our intelligent systems close.

01

You Find Problems Too Late

By the time grain smells moldy, the damage is done. A single undetected hot spot can downgrade or destroy thousands of tons of stored value.

Real-time temperature cables and moisture sensors alert you before losses start.
02

Manual Inspection Can't Keep Up

Climbing silos with a handheld thermometer covers a few points once a day. The other 23 hours — and 99% of the pile — stay unmeasured.

24/7 automated monitoring of every meter of the grain pile from one dashboard.
03

No Data When You Need Decisions

Without historical curves you cannot prove grain condition to buyers, insurers or auditors — or learn why a batch spoiled last season.

Logged temperature and humidity history per silo, with exportable reports.
04

Emergency Response Is Too Slow

Aeration started one day late can cost a whole silo. Nights, weekends and holidays are exactly when storage problems grow unnoticed.

Automatic fan control triggers on temperature and humidity thresholds, even unattended.

Which Level of Intelligence Does Your Site Need?

From a single silo temperature cable to a multi-site central control platform — match monitoring to your scale.

Why Add Intelligence to Your Storage?

One prevented spoilage incident pays for the whole system — and you never climb a silo with a thermometer again.

1

Retrofit Into Existing Silos

Temperature cables and sensors install into most existing steel silos without structural changes. Send us your silo specs and a photo of the access — our engineers confirm compatibility within 24 hours.

2

Prevents One Loss — Pays for Itself

A single undetected hot spot can spoil 1,000T of grain. The system catches temperature rise 3–7 days before you can smell it. Most clients see ROI inside one season.

3

One Dashboard, Multiple Sites

Monitor every silo across every depot from one platform. Alarms push to phone and email — your night watchman is a data cable that never sleeps.

4

Auto Fan Control, Zero Guesswork

Aeration fans start and stop based on real grain temperature vs outside humidity — not a timer. Grain gets cooled only when it actually needs it, saving energy and preventing condensation.

Frequently Asked Questions

What operators ask before upgrading to intelligent grain storage.

What does the intelligent monitoring system measure?
Multi-point temperature cables inside the grain pile, air humidity, grain moisture and silo level as standard — with optional CO2 sensing for early biological activity detection. All data feeds one monitoring platform.
Can it retrofit my existing silos?
Yes. Temperature cables, sensors and control cabinets retrofit into most existing steel silos without structural changes. Send us your silo dimensions and photos — our engineers confirm compatibility and quote the upgrade.
How does automatic aeration control work?
The controller continuously compares grain temperature and humidity against outside air conditions. When thresholds are crossed, fans start or stop automatically — aerating only when it actually improves grain condition, which also saves energy.
What is the ROI of an intelligent system?
The system typically pays for itself by preventing spoilage of just a few percent of stored value in one incident, plus daily savings: less inspection labor, lower fan energy use, and documented grain condition that supports better sales prices.
Can I monitor multiple silo sites remotely?
Yes. The platform centralizes all connected sites in one dashboard, with alarm notifications pushed to your phone or email — so one team can supervise multiple depots without being on site.
