What is a Continuous Grain Drying Tower?

A continuous grain drying tower is an industrial drying system that continuously removes excess moisture from harvested grain to achieve safe storage moisture levels.

Fresh grain enters the top of the tower and flows downward by gravity through multiple drying and tempering zones. Heated air passes through specially designed mixed-flow air ducts, ensuring every grain kernel receives uniform airflow and heat transfer.

During the drying process, moisture is gradually removed while maintaining stable grain temperatures, minimizing stress cracks and preserving grain quality. The dried grain is then cooled before discharge, making it suitable for long-term storage or further processing.
