5000-Ton Grain Storage Silo Project in Vietnam
In 2021, ManXing Machinery successfully completed a 5000-ton grain storage silo project for a feed processing factory in Vietnam. The project included six flat-bottom steel silos, a bucket elevator system, chain conveyors, and a fully automated grain cleaning unit. The silos were designed with 275g/m² galvanized steel sheets, ensuring excellent durability and corrosion resistance, which is particularly important in Vietnam’s humid climate.
The entire silo system was designed to store corn and soybean as raw materials for feed production. To meet the customer’s high requirements for efficiency, we equipped the system with high-strength galvanized bolts, maintenance platforms, and advanced aeration fans to ensure stable grain quality during long-term storage.
The installation was completed within 90 days, with ManXing’s professional engineering team handling the full on-site construction process. After commissioning, the system achieved smooth operation with an average capacity of 250 tons per hour. The customer highly praised the project for its stability, automation, and efficiency, stating that it significantly reduced raw material loss and improved feed production capacity.
This case reflects ManXing Machinery’s ability to deliver large-scale grain storage solutions tailored to customer needs in international markets.
