670 T Sealed Drying Complex
Two large 90t Manxing sealed drying silos facing a semi-circle of seven 70t sealed, aerated silos. Secondary stages include connection to mains power and a pivot-auger for in-loading.
Weighbridge-Loop Facility
A large square pad outlined by 10 sealed, aerated transportable silos, two 75t silos and two large 850t flat-bottom sealed silos. Two-way readout weighbridge lets drivers approach from both directions.
≈2,500 T Expanding Circular Layout
Constantly expanding to one and a half circles of silos, with a central loading point conveyed to a central in-loading auger. All dryers of the initial circle can be transferred to a batch dryer on one side.
Slope-Optimized Out-Load Line
A primary line of 75t sealed, aerated silos sitting on an out-load auger belt, flanked by smaller offset silos with a shiftable under-silo cross belt. Two larger 200t Manxing silos close the facility.

Feed storage silo selection FAQ
Soybean meal, DDGS and rice bran have low bulk density and poor flowability, so hopper bottom silos are recommended (300–2,000 T per silo depending on the material). Flat bottom silos are reserved for free-flowing grains such as corn and wheat.
As a rule of thumb, total silo capacity should cover 10–15 days of raw material consumption. A 300–500 T/day feed mill typically needs 5,000–10,000 T of storage; a 1,000 T/day mill needs 15,000–30,000 T. See the capacity selection table above for details.
Yes. Manxing systems integrate receiving pits, conveyors, automatic weighing and batching interfaces, and can be linked to your existing production control system through PLC control.
